MapleMesh Customer Agreement

I. Purpose of Agreement

This Customer Agreement ("Agreement") sets forth the terms and conditions under which MapleMesh AutoService Inc. ("MapleMesh," "we," "our," or "us") provides tire change services ("Service") to the customer ("you" or "Customer"). By booking or receiving tire change services from MapleMesh, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

II. Scope of Service

MapleMesh provides professional tire change services, which include removing and installing vehicle tires. Mounting, balancing, and other mechanical services are not included in the scope of this Agreement unless otherwise specified in writing.

III. Customer Obligations

The Customer agrees to:

1. Provide accurate vehicle and contact information when booking the service.
2. Ensure the vehicle is accessible and safely parked during the scheduled service time.
3. Confirm that the tires and rims provided are suitable, safe, and compatible with the vehicle.
4. Make full payment upon completion of the service, as per the agreed rate.
5. Treat MapleMesh personnel with courtesy and professionalism.

Failure to comply with these obligations may result in service cancellation or delay, for which MapleMesh is not liable.

IV. Company Responsibilities

MapleMesh agrees to perform tire change services with due care, skill, and professionalism. However, MapleMesh shall not be liable for:

1. Any pre-existing damage to the vehicle, tires, or rims.
2. Issues resulting from unsafe or incompatible tires or rims provided by the Customer.
3. Delays or cancellations due to weather, traffic, or other conditions beyond our control.

The Customer acknowledges that tire condition, rim fit, and post-service maintenance are the Customer's responsibility.

V. Payment and Refund Policy

1. Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service.
2. Refunds or re-service requests must be made within 24 hours of the completed service.
3. MapleMesh will review any service-related complaints in good faith and may, at its sole discretion, issue a refund or corrective service if deemed appropriate.

VI. Safety Disclaimer

MapleMesh performs tire changes in accordance with industry standards. However, it is the Customer's responsibility to verify the condition of tires and lug nuts after driving 50 kilometers (km) to ensure continued safety.

VII. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MapleMesh shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the provision or use of its services, including but not limited to:

1. Vehicle damage;
2. Personal injury; or
3. Loss of time or use of the vehicle.

The total liability of MapleMesh shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Customer for the service in question.

VIII. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, the Customer agrees to first contact MapleMesh at support@maplemesh.ca for resolution. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Province of Ontario, and the parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

IX. Technician Work Guidelines

MapleMesh technicians are required to:

1. Arrive fully equipped with appropriate tools and safety gear.
2. Perform all tire changes following MapleMesh's approved procedures.
3. Conduct pre-service inspections for visible vehicle or tire issues.
4. Maintain professionalism, courtesy, and respect toward all customers.
5. Document completed services with a checklist and photo (if required).
6. Refrain from performing any unauthorized mechanical or repair tasks.
7. Notify Customer Support immediately if hazards, damages, or safety concerns arise.

X. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between MapleMesh and the Customer with respect to tire change services. No other agreements, representations, or warranties shall be binding unless made in writing and signed by both parties.

XI. Acknowledgment

By requesting and receiving MapleMesh tire change services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
